Yes. All of LVN Foundation's counseling and educational services are provided at no cost to participants. We are funded through donations and grants.
Our education workshops are open to all homeowners and aspiring homeowners. Some specific programs, including Section 8 assistance and our Rent-to-Own Pathway, have income eligibility guidelines.
We currently serve Denver, Colorado and the surrounding metro area. We're actively working to expand our service area — reach out to see if we can help you.
Donations are always welcome and are tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)(3). We also welcome volunteers, in-kind donations, and organizational partnerships. Learn more about giving.
